The registration fee is non-refundable due to limited space.

Due to limited space, patients are able to bring 1 guest* to the conference. *Guests must also be registered.

*Seating will be based on a first-come, first-served basis. The first 179 people to arrive the day of the conference will sit in the auditorium, and the people who arrive after that will sit in rooms across from the auditorium where the presentations will be broadcast.

Parking will be validated.

Parking for the conference will be right in front of the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center at the Medical Center Valet Parking.
