Lupus LA has three major areas of focus:

We fund novel medical research to help find the causes of and a cure for lupus with the Lupus Research Institute and through funding a rheumatology fellow at a local Los Angeles area hospital.

We provide a number of patient services to the lupus community in the greater Los Angeles area such as support groups for adults and pediatrics, doctor referrals, patient education and our newly diagnosed patient guide.

We promote awareness about lupus and advocate on a local and national level for better healthcare and government involvement for our lupus population.
