Lupus Advocacy in Action!

Lupus LA, along with the LRI National Coalition, traveled to DC in March 2016 and advocated on the Hill. One of our main asks was the creation of a Lupus Medical Research Program through the Department of Defense. We are pleased to share that a new $5 million Lupus Medical Research Program was approved by House Subcommittee. CDC Lupus Self-Management Project
